This is Norma (mum, Torbi) and Gene (baby, tabby). They have been in foster over the last month and a bit, and are both ready to find their forever home. Norma (female) is around 2 yrs old and Gene (male) is 8 months old. Mum and baby are very closely bonded, and must be homed together. They are absolutely inseparable, and their love for each other is so beautiful to witness. Norma has a very sweet, gentle and patient character, and Gene is playful, adorable, and an exceptionally agile cheeky chap, but he is still growing in confidence. Both have made an enormous amount of progress in foster care. They both love to play together and zoom around the house playfully with toys.
They would suit a home with older (or no) children and will need a quiet street with garden. Gene does not have any outside experience yet, so he will need a bit of time. Both still need some patience, as they can still be a little jumpy, so positive reinforcement of behaviour only, is a must. Neither of them would hurt a fly. Their names were given to them at Compassion for Cats recently, and they do not respond to them, so they are open to be named. Both kittens will be sorely missed, but will make their new owners exceptionally happy, as they are so beautiful and loving.
They are currently residing with their foster mum, where you can arrange to meet them for an initial visit and we can go from there. Please ring Anette at 07930 159533 for more information and to arrange your initial visit if you are interested.
